As a Senior Solution Analyst, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to Finance leadership, helping design and guide large‑scale data and analytics solutions. You’ll work closely with project managers, data architects, BI and analytics engineers to ensure analytics products are well‑designed, scalable, and aligned with existing systems.

Your focus will be on setting technical direction, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring new analytics products are built sustainably and consistently across teams and technologies.

What You’ll Do

  • Guide teams on technical solutions with a focus on simplicity, scalability, flexibility, and sustainability
  • Partner with project managers and business analysts to shape solution design, select data sources, and align work with existing infrastructure
  • Review and provide feedback on analytics products while they are being built
  • Ensure new solutions follow architectural standards and best practices
  • Influence data and analytics strategy across Finance and IT teams
  • Create clear, high‑level technical documentation that supports cross‑team integration
  • Identify risks early, avoid duplicate work, and support integration across teams
  • Evaluate new tools, platforms, and technologies as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years working with data and analytics technologies
  • 3+ years designing scalable, sustainable analytics solutions
  • 3+ years creating technical documentation for both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise‑scale public cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a STEM field
  • Experience in a finance organization using SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience integrating modern data tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Cloud)
  • Strong problem‑solving and solution design skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills and comfort influencing across teams
  • Ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, ambiguous situations

Education

  • Bachelor degree OR equivalent

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
