Position summary
The Senior Manager, Digital Product leads product management for CVS Health retail and pharmacy experiences. You’ll set product vision and strategy, define measurable outcomes, and lead empowered, outcome-focused product teams in close partnership with engineering and design.

You bring deep understanding of customer and business goals, use data to guide prioritization, and apply practical, “startup” thinking to scope work and accelerate time-to-value. You’ll also align stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions that create meaningful value for our customers and the business.

What you’ll do

  • Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for retail and pharmacy digital experiences
  • Partner with engineering and design leaders to drive discovery, definition, and delivery
  • Define success metrics tied to customer outcomes; learn and iterate through experimentation
  • Lead prioritization decisions across complex problem spaces, balancing impact, effort, and feasibility
  • Influence cross-functional partners (including legal, finance, and operations) to align decisions and remove blockers
  • Build, mentor, and grow product talent; model an outcome-oriented product mindset
  • Communicate clearly in executive settings, including trade-offs (build vs. buy) and technology choices (including AI)

Required qualifications:

  • 7+ years of product management and/or digital marketing experience in a digital environment
  • 5+ years leading, mentoring, and developing product teams; strong coaching and feedback skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional work across product, engineering, and design to deliver outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; comfortable driving decisions without waiting for full consensus
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking; able to synthesize input from multiple sources into clear direction
  • Experience defining success metrics before launch and using data to learn and adjust
  • 3+ years of executive-level communication and presentation experience
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity; strong prioritization and time management across multiple stakeholders
  • Up to 10% travel annually

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong ownership and accountability
  • Bias for action and entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable with risk-taking and rapid iteration
  • Strong persuasion skills grounded in clear, data-driven reasoning
  • Passion for creating transformative user experiences grounded in direct customer engagement
  • Curiosity and interest in innovative technologies, especially AI-enabled experiences

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$106,605.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
