Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including store selection, scenario validation, defect triage, and coordination with QA, engineering, and field partners.
Provide subject‑matter expertise during issue resolution, including triaging field‑reported concerns and validating system behavior in lower and production environments.
Develop and review training materials, knowledge articles, job aids and communications to ensure pharmacy teams and field leaders are prepared for workflow changes.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, patient safety, legal, inventory, marketing, payer relations, and vendor management teams to ensure alignment with business, regulatory, and patient experience goals.
Participate in store visits and field touchpoints to validate that system enhancements perform as designed and support real‑world pharmacy operations.
