Position Summary

This team directly impacts the lives of our pharmacy customers by creating systems that process prescriptions. The systems we work with process over 10 million scripts a day and is business critical. You can work knowing you are helping many people each day.

This individual will assume the responsibilities for application ownership and oversee development and the relationship with the MPPP ( Medicare Prescription Payment Plan360 ) Vendor. This individual will coordinate with the business partners, vendor and other application teams on delivery for the MPPP program.

The position reports to an executive director and exists to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. You will support the Organization with deliverables related to team management, resource planning and senior leadership updates.

What you will do:

MPPP Application Ownership

  • Manage scope, schedule, testing and deployment of vendor deliverables.

  • Manage application change documentation for Production and non-production environments

  • Support change deployments and validations of MPPP360 application and validation of integrated CVS applications

  • Ensure enterprise procedures are followed by vendor and in-house teams

  • Support queries from and responses to business teams and clients

  • Drive timely responses to Security and Compliance questionnaires and periodic submissions

Operations

  • Work with the leaders to identify and focus on critical weekly and monthly priorities.

  • Manage team allocation and project assignments

  • Work cross-functionally and align planning and budget to functional and org priorities.

  • Plan and facilitate meetings, staff development trainings and quarterly reflections.

  • Manage the development of operating policies, and procedures and directs implementation of approved changes.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business and security stakeholders to align security & Compliance initiatives with organizational goals.

  • Monitor and analyze security trends and emerging threats, oversee implementation of measures to mitigate risks and enhance resilience.

  • Be accountable for maintaining the appropriate metrics and risk information to drive continuous improvement of the Programs.

  • Advise, guide and support senior leaders and managers on opportunities for productivity and organizational performance; recommend and implement process improvements to enhance engagement and compliance.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress to goals and make data-driven decisions.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Information Technology experience including leadership and development management experience in management and delivery areas including the following:

  • 5+ years of experience on large or multiple application teams

  • 5+ years of experience overseeing project delivery and resource management

  • 7+ years of experience in handling vendor management, customer expectations and relationship building.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Health Care and PBM background managing operations for software delivery


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$130,295.00 - $260,590.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
