Position Summary
The Business Integrations Sr. Analyst will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) supporting process and system capabilities for Specialty Systems including but not limited to various specialty pharmacy operating and dispensing systems and their individual components. They will evaluate and resolve pharmacy operations system and technology gaps, align integration data transfer deliverables and lead implementations across multiple operational business units. The Sr. Analyst provides support to leaders in delivery of key Integration initiatives (multiple initiatives simultaneously); demonstrating ability to support defined playbook activities, measurement and tracking of outcomes – including a clear understanding of what defines success, identifying and clearing, through coordination with Operations and IT teams, roadblocks to unlock organization and operational barriers to ensure initiative success.
The preferred candidate will be process oriented and have a deep understanding of specialty systems and operations to identify and resolve issues in a variety of complex situations, driving to resolution. Proven ability to support or manage multiple concurrent initiatives and use effective judgement in prioritization, time allocation effectiveness. Ability to engage partners/consumers internally and externally to drive adoption and influence stakeholders across all locations and at varying levels to deliver on objectives and goals.
- Shake out across platforms and Health of the business monitoring
- Data transition and validation planning and execution
- Coordination of resources where required for implementation- Collaborates with internal stakeholders, such as pharmacists, technicians, and other healthcare professionals, to optimize coordination and communication.
- Actively contributes to team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative projects, including sharing ideas, providing feedback, and contributing to the overall goals and objectives of the team.
- Process analysis across multiple Business Units
- Workflow and task evaluation across varying applications
- Issue identification and tracking related to Implementation execution
Required Qualifications
2+ years of progressive operations, technology or innovation
2+ years in process improvement or operations analysis
Comprehensive knowledge pharmacy operations
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
Experience with SPRX and or Testing. Specialty platform
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy operations experience, with a demonstrated record of success supporting or leading new project implementations
Proven ability to facilitate teams and effectively prioritize work across multiple groups to meet business objectives
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders at various levels
Excellent communication skills, including writing, information gathering, and analysis of data and process requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Visio, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and reporting tools
Education
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
