In today's fast-paced world, disruptions and high-impact
events are inevitable. The Resilience, Crisis & Reputation
(RCR) team helps organizations anticipate, navigate
through, and recover from these planned or unforeseen
situations. We believe that resilience is not just about
recovery; it's also about thriving amid change. Our services
help organizations foresee, navigate, and adapt to both
gradual changes and unexpected disruptions. Moreover,
we assist in turning organizational challenges into
opportunities.

motivated Business Analyst to join our team and
contribute to our mission.

  • increasing the resilience of organizations, for example by performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA’s), advising on safety- and security measures and collaborating on resilience programs;
  • working on internal projects that contribute to the growth and development of our services, such as writing articles that convey our vision of resilience and developing propositions that meet the needs of our clients;
  • advising clients on crisis management, continuity management, communication, and safety and security to reduce the impact of crisis and build and maintain the reputation of organizations;
  • working on the development of innovative client solutions and propositions together with other Deloitte teams;
  • learning on the job and joining our training and development program.

With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the
following qualifications for the position of Business Analyst Resilience, Crisis & Reputation:
  • a completed master's degree in social sciences, communication science, international relations, security studies, public administration, security and risk management, business informatics, or another relevant field;
  • preferably some (relevant) work experience or internships;
  • you don’t shy away from challenging client assignments because of your knowledge or experience in one or more of our key expertise: crisis management, risk management, security management, continuity management, strategic communications, and reputation management;
  • known for both your social and analytical skills, proactiveness, societal awareness, and quick-witted approach;
  • you have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing;
  • you are available for 40 hours a week.
