Work You’ll Do:
The Intelligent Automation / RPA Developer is responsible for the technical development of automations in accordance with the Functional Team-developed Process Design Document (PDD) by working closely with their respective Functional Team colleagues, key client stakeholders, and process subject matter experts (SMEs).
Functions:
- Engage with client stakeholders, IT personnel, process SMEs, engineering/support teams, and other members of the Digital Labor engagement to:
- Analyze and qualify processes for automation
- Design, implement, test, deploy, support, and operate ServiceNow Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software in client environment
- Serve as a process engineer, technology implementer, solution developer, and client advisor

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
- 3+ years of experience with JIRA, ServiceNow Workflows, ServiceNow, SNOW Automation Platform Implementation and SNOW Automation Platform Operations
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to work fully onsite in Chantilly, VA
Preferred:
- Root Cause Analysis, Agile Delivery Experience, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Core Consulting Skills, Python
- Understanding of core ServiceNow concepts, including administration, configuration, and platform navigation
- Proficiency in Flow Designer for no-code/low-code workflow automation
