Our Deloitte AI & Engineering team to transform technology platforms, drive innovation, and help make a significant impact on our clients’ success. You’ll work alongside talented professionals reimagining and reengineering operations and processes that are critical to businesses. Your contributions can help clients improve financial performance, accelerate new digital ventures, and fuel growth through innovation.
Work you’ll do
- Provide expert analysis and guidance on complex wireless systems and applications.
- Support all development phases, with focus on planning, testing, integration, and documentation.
- Serve as SME for wireless enclave technologies and federal environments.
- Advise on design and validation of wireless systems (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi, DAS, WIDS/WIPS, satellite).
- Conduct wireless surveys and generate heatmaps (e.g., iBwave).
- Resolve spectrum interference and support RF planning (e.g., Ekahau).
- Guide wireless architecture design, policy, and model tuning.
- Collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders and executives.

Our Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure offering provides specialized engineering capabilities to design, implement, manage, and operate hybrid cloud environments, modernize networks and AI infrastructure from the core to the edge, and incubate new infrastructure and device services to help clients stay ahead with the latest technology advances.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in wireless systems design and validation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Top Secret security clearance required.
- Must be local to the Huntsville, AL area and able to work on client site 5 days a week.
- Wireless Networking: Advanced; 5G Core and Wireless Network Engineer: Advanced; Bluetooth: Advanced; 5G Spectrum Management: Advanced
- Expertise in cellular, 5G, Wi-Fi, UHF, HF, VHF, Bluetooth, DAS, WIDS, WIPS, and satellite communications.
- Skilled in wireless surveys and heatmap generation (e.g., iBwave).
- Experience with spectrum interference resolution tools (e.g., Ekahau).
- Proficient in RF planning, wireless policy, and architecture design.
- Strong background in wireless model tuning and design augmentation.
- Effective in cross-team collaboration and stakeholder communication.
Preferred:
- Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector
