Position Summary

Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.

Work you’ll do

As a Senior Manager (Implementation Lead) within our practice, your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the implementation of PMIS for clients, ensuring that project requirements are meticulously met
  • Collaborating with Solution Architects to develop system requirements, design solutions within the PMIS toolset, and oversee the integration, reporting, and dashboard configurations
  • Leading a team of specialists in the design, configuration, and rollout of systems primarily involving Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, EcoSys, and Procore
  • Acting as the senior configuration resource and primary escalation point for configuration challenges, ensuring solutions are effectively implemented
  • Executing multiple projects simultaneously, managing project timelines, and coordinating team efforts to achieve project goals
  • Driving project success through strong leadership, deep technical expertise, and excellent communication skills

The team

Deloitte’s Infrastructure and Real Estate team are trusted advisors to clients in managing physical assets throughout their lifecycle. We help them unlock value from their real estate portfolios and functions by developing strategies, optimizing operating models and organizational design, and leveraging technology enablement.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • 15 + years of experience in PMIS system implementation, with significant experience as an Implementation Lead or Solution Architect
  • Comprehensive understanding of the capital project PPM lifecycle, including project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and contract management
  • Proven ability to lead small to medium-sized implementation teams through all phases of PMIS implementation
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, Kahua, and EcoSys, including advanced configuration and integration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to understand and respond to RFPs, develop project scopes, and estimate resources and timelines
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client and project needs
  • Limited Sponsorship may be available

Preferred:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and/or an MBA
  • Professional certifications such as PE, ASA, PMP, CFA, CFE, CCE, or CPA
  • Experience with machinery, equipment, and asset-related projects
  • Previous experience in a professional services firm and international project engagements
  • Multilingual capabilities

You may also be eligible to participate in a sales incentive program, whereby you may be eligible to receive certain incentive compensation amounts based on achievement of certain sales goals set forth each year, subject to the terms and conditions of any applicable program document.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $158,900 to $292,900.
