Are you a highly motivated and confident individual with strong analytic and problem-solving skills and a passion for defining, developing and producing analytics and insights that support firm leadership?

What will your typical day look like?

Your day will involve creating reporting and dashboard solutions for leaders and providing analysis, interpretation and reporting on sales, pipeline, engagement, account and other data to provide insights for use by firm leaders.

This includes:

  • Building dashboards and reports in Tableau or PowerBI for consumption by firm leaders \
  • Creating both ad hoc and regular, periodic standard reports using Tableau, PowerBI and Excel
  • Contributing to the development of new reports to meet leadership’s needs (includes gathering report requirements, report design, etc.) with the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
  • Optimizing existing reports and processes
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, best practices and relevant insights
  • Contributing to strategic projects by providing data-driven insights
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements related to data, including automation and Generative AI; participating in implementing and testing improvements
  • Working with Growth Office, Business, and Industry leaders on annual planning process

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone with these required skills:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience and 3-5 years of reporting and analytics experience
  • Knowledge or previous experience with Tableau, Power BI or other BI solutions
  • Strong appreciation of analytics, visualization techniques, technology, data flows, data management approaches and their impact to business results
  • Demonstrated commitment to service excellence with the ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines for concurrent asks and prioritize based on deadlines and needs
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral), and experience communicating with all levels from practitioners to senior partners
  • Experience with integrating data from multiple systems to produce reports for leadership decision making and a solid understanding of business sales cycles and CRM
  • Dashboard / report UX design experience

It would be great for you to have some of these nice to have’s as well:

  • Bilingual skills (English and French) (Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Project Management
  • Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages
  • Experience with visualization and predictive modelling; basics of relational database design

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
