Work You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end phased data conversion/migration strategy and execution with minimal downtime, including cutover planning, rehearsals, and rollback readiness
- Own the data cleansing and data quality approach (profiling, rules, remediation workflows), ensuring trusted data across case management, eligibility, licensing, placements, and financial functions
- Serve as the integration and reporting data lead, coordinating Salesforce integrations using MuleSoft and Talend (Data Integration/Cloud/Data Quality) to support cross-system workflows
- Drive system and workflow understanding across case management, child support, and integrated eligibility processes to align data mappings, conversions, and reporting outputs
- Lead deployment readiness and execution for the Salesforce system rollout to 100 counties, including data readiness checks, conversion rehearsal, go-live support, and stabilization
- After deployments, transition to on-site M&O data leadership, managing incident triage, root-cause analysis, recurring data issues, enhancement intake, and operational reporting improvements

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+years of delivery and leadership experience
- Data Conversion/Migration experience (strategy, mapping, ETL/ELT, cutover, reconciliation, and post-go-live stabilization) for large-scale programs
- Analytics – Data Cleansing experience, including data profiling, remediation design, and measurable data quality controls
- Strong domain experience supporting case management, eligibility, licensing, placements, and financial data/processes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Salesforce Integration experience, including deployment experience supporting large, multi-county rollouts and complex cross-system workflows
- Advanced experience with content management practices supporting program documentation, data definitions, runbooks, and operational knowledge transfer
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 20-30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Hands-on delivery experience with Talend Data Integration, Talend Cloud, and Talend Data Quality
- Experience implementing integrations with MuleSoft and operating in an AWS-hosted ecosystem (data pipelines, security constraints, environments)
- Prior on-site lead experience for M&O/operations (support model design, SLAs, runbooks, and continuous improvement) for large enterprise platforms
