Meet the team:

EMEA-LATAM Tender Excellence team is a key support and enabling function to optimize tender outcomes. Driving governance and structure throughout process definition, systems and data innovation, people empowerment and opportunity management. We recognize that optimal execution is achieved by taking proactive engagement engaging with economic decision makers and maximizing the effectiveness of tender responses by leveraging our product strengths and determining the best suited product positioning and aligning on value strategy. The size of the tender opportunity is growing fast and this is an exciting role to be part of an innovative team at the forefront of tender optimization.

Where you come in:

  • You will start the coordination of the gathering of tender criteria on behalf of Commercial and Tender Leads and local tender analysts working closely with the Global Tender Services Manager

  • You will manage the tender management systems, processes and workflows to ensure all data and reporting is an accurate reflection of the overall tender landscape relevant to Dexcom.

  • You will generate reports and dashboards and distribute them accordingly on a timely basis.

  • You will maintain and review the Tender Process and system and consider improvements and requirements that enhance capabilities.

  • You will establish tender contract details in the Tender Management System and ensure all supply is available to order according to terms of the contract.

  • You will create and maintain a Tender Excellence Sharepoint site that can be used as a repository of Tender Country content, key tender messages, and updates of interest to the EMEA community, as well as general information and knowledge on Tenders.

  • You will facilitate and project manage key tender calls and meetings generating output notes and actions where applicable.

  • You will generally act as a supporting role for the EMEA-LATAM Tender Excellence leads and any ad-hoc tasks you are required to perform for them.

  • You are proficient in program and project management, including cross-functional and matrix ways of working.

  • You have strong commercial awareness of the healthcare industry, including tenders, services, and both private and public markets.

  • You have experience in medical devices and the diabetes/healthcare environment.

  • You excel in customer-facing roles, interacting with both medical and non-medical staff.

  • You have the ability to analyze tender and market data, turning insights into business strategy.

  • You have a strong understanding of tender management, including legislation, trends, and procurement value drivers.

  • You're effective at leading and influencing, even without direct authority.

  • You have proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.

  • Your communication skills are excellent.

  • You're a team player with a strong results-driven mindset.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €3,102.50 to €3,832.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
