Meet the Team:

As a Technical Support Specialist at Dexcom, you will be involved in TS Services team daily operations such as performing quality evaluations, handling technical escalations, supporting Technical Support Representatives through established channels.

Additional tasks assigned based on the need might involve interacting with stakeholders both within Technical Support and other departments.

Where You Come In:

  • Perform technical escalations
  • Perform quality evaluations
  • Support TS Representative through established channels.
  • Participate to relevant trainings and ensure the knowledge is up to date in accordance to local/functional communications.
  • Contribute to process improvement ideas.
  • Comply with all internal procedures while performing assigned tasks.
  • Participate and contribute (if applicable) to all team/company meetings in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.

What Makes You Successful:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effective listening skills and ability to communicate accurately and effectively in person, over the telephone, through email and other business correspondence.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral communication.
  • Strong ability to retain detailed information as you solve complex problems.
  • Proven capability to handle challenging situations.
  • Technically proficient skills in the areas of troubleshooting computer and network issues including issues with Operating Systems, software, driver installation, networks and smart phones.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrates excellent teamwork.
  • Additional supported language is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma level educated (or equivalent) and/or 2+ years of relevant customer/technical support experience.
  • Proven experience working in a healthcare or software development environment.
  • Proven experience in a similar role involving high level communication skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of diabetes, CGM and Dexcom products and Technical Support troubleshooting.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years previous experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €1,905.42 to €2,353.75 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
