Where you come in:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join the web applications group of the EMEA IT organization at Dexcom. You will be responsible for defining accurate and concise user stories / business requirements for cross-application implementations of customer facing websites implemented using modern reactive and headless web technologies, event messaging systems, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion. Your experience has been gained on eCommerce applications (DTC), Sales or ERP Project within European Market. You are an excellent communicator who is at ease leading requirements / process mapping / process design workshops. You are a self-starter with proven 5+ years full-time in a BA role with 2 of that as a senior. You will be the primary owner of business requirements for customer facing websites in the EMEA region, collaborating with your counterparts in the US and APAC regions.
What makes you successful:
You have experience working as a Business Systems Analyst on eCommerce/Web applications using modern using reactive and headless web technologies (e.g. Functional React/ Next.js)
You will facilitate the capture / definition / documentation of detailed business process maps with cross-functional stakeholders.
You will define accurate and concise user stories / business requirements.
You have experience of e-commerce applications across European markets.
You have experience with country-specific legal requirements (e.g. VAT regulations)
You understand OTC related data models and how that data is used.
You understand modern full stack development tech stack (React).
You are experienced in conducting Level of Effort analyses, bottom-up project planning.
You will own the end-to-end Business Analysis model and all supporting document templates.
You have strong strategic thinking skills; Understands business needs and brings proactive solutions to the team.
You will provide general Business Analyst and Business Change Management support for all EMEA enterprise application projects and system enhancements.
You have Experience with enterprise-level application development projects and working with multi-discipline, globally distributed teams.
You can collaborate with cross-functional teams in delivering via Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid methodologies.
You can drive execution of assigned project deliverables.
You can support business functions in developing Business Change plans
You will support the Test Lead and Test Team in developing Test Scenarios and Test Scripts
You will work with relevant parties to develop training material and deliver training if required.

Experience and Education Requirements:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
