Meet the team:

Our Global Shop Floor Systems group is an enterprise team that develops and applies our digital strategy to Dexcom’s manufacturing operations. We work with leading edge hardware and software technologies to seamlessly integrate our shop floor systems within the organization to enable optimal operational and business performance.

The Oracle Fusion/eBS Warehouse Management TechnoFunctional Analyst will act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud and/or e-Business Suite (eBS) to support critical business processes across Warehouse Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Management, Order Management and Logistics and Distribution. Operating within a global MedTech environment, this role will ensure compliance, traceability, and operational efficiency in warehousing and fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will partner with cross-functional teams to implement Oracle solutions aligned with FDA/GxP regulations, driving system automation, continuous improvement, and scalable production support across regulated manufacturing and distribution sites.

Where you come in:

  • You will engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements, processes, and technical specifications.
  • You will act as SME for Oracle Warehouse and SCM modules: Warehouse Management, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping Execution, and Logistics.
  • You will author functional, and design specifications aligned with Oracle AIM/OUM methodology and MedTech best practices.
  • You will configure Oracle Warehouse Management and SCM modules to support inventory control, traceability, and fulfilment efficiency.
  • You will ensure compliance with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ISO 13485, and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards.
  • You will participate in process reengineering and automation using Oracle Cloud tools and best practices.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, SCM) to implement validated Oracle solutions and manage change control.
  • You will integrate Oracle WMS with SCM, Transportation Management, 3PLs, barcode/serialisation systems for label printing, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or middleware.
  • You will design and execute testing protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), support UAT, and resolve defects.
  • You will support production operations, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and user support.
  • Other duties as assigned, incl. but not limited to providing periodic 24/7 remote phone support for the systems.

What makes you successful:

  • You are knowledgeable in warehouse management and experience with the Intellinum tool is a huge plus.
  • You are familiar with SDLC and validation & verification procedures and can manage agile delivery cycles, including backlog prioritization, user story creation, and sprint planning.
  • You have 5+ years of applied experience in Oracle release 12.x Warehouse Management, Inventory, Shipping including complex integrations with 3PLs, Order management, transportation management systems
  • You have strong experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and document control for supply chain data exchange.
  • You have excellent team-oriented communication and organizational skills.
  • You have flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a hands-on demeanor and able to troubleshoot software applications.
  • You have experience working in Medical Devices Manufacturing Industry.
  • You have familiarity with Oracle Integration/Reporting/Analytics tools like OTBI, Oracle Analytics Publisher, Fusion Analytics and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • You understand ISO 13485, FDA QSR, and global health authority requirements.
