Meet the team:
On a mission to find the right talent to support Dexcom to empower people to take control of health. The TA team aims to hire the right people who will fit the culture and live the same values as the rest of the employees while bringing their unique selves. Talent Acquisition supports and drives increased access to our device by succeeding in the global location strategy. By increasing the employee footprint of Dexcom in Asia Pacific by hiring the right talent, we enable a profitable and sustainable business while delivering exceptional experiences to our candidates and internal stakeholders
Where you come in:
- You will partner with and influence hiring managers and business leaders to identify the right hiring profile and make the right hiring decisions by providing data and insights into the market and industry.
- You will determine the appropriate recruiting and sourcing strategies for IT talent and other specialized roles that will not only allow the hiring of the right talent but make it cost efficient, as well.
- You will imbibe the Dexcom brand and values through your interactions with candidates and external service providers.
- You will learn and support Dexcom’s talent strategy across the globe but more especially in APAC and the Philippines.
- You will surface candidates and develop networks to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, especially for IT talent and niche roles.
- You will do end-to-end recruitment from prescreening resumes up to job offer extension focusing on supporting the growth of Dexcom Philippines’ IT and Business Transformation towers and others.

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
