Meet the team:
Dexcom is seeking a nimble, driven, and forward-thinking Supply Chain Outbound Fulfilment Analyst to join our
rapidly growing team. In this role, you will serve as the daily interface between Dexcom’s internal departments,
our European 3PL warehouses, and a select group of partners. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor
outsourced services, such as order processing and shipping, export document creation, ensuring service level
agreements (SLAs) are met and customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. You will also be
responsible for identifying and driving process improvements, with a strong focus on managing complaints and
escalations.
Where you come in:
• You will serve as the daily point of contact between Dexcom’s internal departments—such as Technical
Support, Internal Operations, Inside Sales, Commercial, Clinical, and others—across Europe, our 3PL
warehouses, and a select group of clients.
• You will monitor daily shared email inboxes to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• You will proactively identify and resolve fulfilment issues to ensure SLAs are met.
• You will ensure transactional completeness in Oracle Fusion and Salesforce systems.
• You will ensure internal and external processes are in place and followed. This includes creating &
documenting new processes.
• You will identify and implement process improvements.
• You will be responsible for creating and updating internal SOPs.
You will manage communication with internal Dexcom teams regarding process changes, delays, and
major incidents.
• You will review tender requirements and support implementation.
• You will perform other duties as assigned.
What makes you successful:
• You should be fluent in English.
• You should have an experience in international environment, specifically in supply chain, logistics, or customer operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in a global or multinational environment is an advantage.
• You should have good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Salesforce, Oracle, SAP) is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel would be a bonus.
• You should have the ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
• Flexibility around work tasks and timescales is essential.
• Candidates with experience in team leadership or management will be viewed favourably.
• Ability to accommodate GMT working hours as agreed is a must.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years of industry experience.
- Informal team management experience.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,550.00 to €3,150.00 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
