Meet the team:
We're expanding our team of Business Intelligence analysts and looking for new talent. As part of
Business Transformation department our team plays a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making
by creating, maintaining, and delivering actionable insights on KPIs, forecasting, trends, and
adherence reporting. Collaborating closely with functional leaders, we provide invaluable support,
helping shape discussions and strategies in executive and high-level meetings where management
information is crucial.

Where you come in:
You will have responsibilities to
· Build and maintain reporting: Lead the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive operational reporting
portfolio to enhance business operations and decision-making
· Promote data-driven approach: Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources,
providing actionable insights for day-to-day operations and strategic decisions
· Uncover opportunities: Interpret data and apply statistical techniques to generate insights, creating
timely reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
· Demonstrate agility: Provide ad hoc analysis on business needs, acting as a strategic partner to ensure
data analysis meets evolving business expectations
· Ensure Quality: Continuously monitor data quality, accuracy, and completeness to ensure reliable and
trustworthy analysis and reporting
· Persist growth: Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools, techniques, and trends to drive ongoing
improvements in effectiveness and efficiency
What makes you successful:
· Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements, analyze data, identify
trends and patterns, and translate them into actionable insights
· Tableau Proficiency: Deep understanding of Tableau, including creating dashboards, visualizations,
calculated fields, parameters, filters. Knowledge of features like Tableau Prep Builder is an advantage
· Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel: expertise in data preparation and transformation using Power
Query
· Data Visualization: Ability to design effective and visually appealing dashboards and reports that
communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse groups of stakeholders
Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to
troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions to improve data quality, performance,
and usability
· Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with
stakeholders, understand their requirements, and present insights and recommendations
· Collaboration Skills: Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, demonstrate initiative, share
insights, collaborate effectively with the team
· Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, customer service industry trends, and key
performance indicators (KPIs). Experience in Global Business Service/ Excellence Centre / Customer
Interaction Hub operations is a significant advantage
· Proficiency in SQL and ETL processes: Experience with tools for data integration, data cleansing, and
transformation (SQL, BigQuery), experience with cloud platforms is an advantage

Experience and Education Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 – 5 years of analyst experience.
Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 120km).

Monthly base salary for this position is from €2,677.50 to €3,307.50 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
