The Impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Cybersecurity team, this position will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports and recommendations in relation to the support and roadmap of the product The ideal candidate must have a firm grasp of information technology infrastructure fundamentals as well as proven product ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. In addition, the Product Owner will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the product/platform.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Technical and Communication (written as well) Skills
  • Dedicated individual with good Product Management skills
  • Solid understanding of Zero Trust, networking, data protection, End user experience principles.
  • Knowledge of Zscaler Platform.
  • Ensure that processes and tools evolve from a proactive to reactive monitoring capabilities, enabling Self-healing.
  • Coordinate between support and Engineering teams to ensure effective delivery of monitoring services to the end-users
  • Minimizes client service interruptions through early identification and resolution of problems.
  • Analyzes monitoring and maintenance data and implements changes as required to achieve optimum performance.
  • Ensures that organizational change and defined security procedures for all assigned systems are completed in accordance with client policies and procedures
  • Performs routine system analysis, develops reporting metrics, performs proactive and predictive analysis, documentation, testing, implementation and on-going support.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; advances appropriately
  • Stay abreast of the latest monitoring technologies and trends
  • Supporting service delivery goals for operational performance of the monitoring systems including:
    • Deployment of new products and services
    • Management of false positives and negatives
    • Configuration, release, and organizational change
    • Implementation of core applications supporting monitoring service support
  • Must be flexible and be available to provide off-hours support when required

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Professional certifications in technologies from companies like Microsoft, VMware and Citrix such as MCP, MCSE, VCP, CCA or CCEA is a definite plus
  • Good understanding of hands-on support of hardware, software and OS layer of a Microsoft Windows environment, both physical and virtual, in a large enterprise environment.
  • Ability to learn new complex tools, methods and processes quickly to become a domain expert
  • An in-depth understanding of relational databases, SQL query language, PowerShell, Microsoft SQL Server administration, and other related Microsoft Business Intelligence technologies (Reporting Services, Integration Services, Analysis Services)
  • An in-depth knowledge of various monitoring tools including SysTrack
  • Knowledge of end user computing and unified communication
  • A working knowledge of networking and VDI technologies is a plus
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
  • Self-starter, independent worker and team player

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. About the Team

Our Risk Management teams work to protect the safety and soundness of our systems and are responsible for identifying, managing, measuring and mitigating a spectrum of key risk types including credit, market, liquidity, systemic, operational and technology in all existing and new products, activities, processes and systems.

The Global Security Management department provides a general and specialized work force to enforce the rules, regulations, and procedures of DTCC. Responsible for the protection of all DTCC assets, to include the protection of data processing and telecommunications equipment, and to provide a safe and secure workplace for employees.
