- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The Impact you will have in this role:
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure and deployment pipelines to support the development and deployment of our applications.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Ansible playbooks and automation scripts.
- Collaborate with software engineers, system administrators, and other team members to identify and implement efficient and reliable solutions.
- Automate processes and tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and automate routine tasks.
- Optimize and streamline existing processes through automation.
- Ensure consistent management and configuration of server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Ansible automation tools and processes.
- Document automation solutions and processes for reference and training purposes.
- Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.
- Define and implement appropriate monitoring and alerting systems for timely identification and resolution of incidents.
- Maintain and enhance the security of our infrastructure, applications, and systems, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide On-call Weekly/Weekend off-hour L3-4 support on a rotational schedule with other team members
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with AAP/Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Strong Knowledge on CI/CD development which is like enhancements/customizations on Jenkin pipeline using Python
- Extensive experience with Python, Java and Shell
- Experience in product life cycle management & agile based delivery
- Hands-on expertise with Jenkins, Bitbucket, and AWS services.
- Deep understanding of Linux system administration
- Familiarity with Database Skillsets (PostgreSQL, Snowflake)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Ant, Jenkins, Sonar)
- Familiarity Agile Methodology and Tools (JIRA)
- Application-level knowledge and secure coding practices are a value add.
