The Impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Product Management team within Clearing & Securities Services, the Technical Business Analyst Senior Associate will play a meaningful role in advancing strategic and operational initiatives that improve the efficiency, resilience, and modernization of DTCC’s post-trade infrastructure. The Platform Services Group is a key function responsible for managing and driving the strategy of shared assets across the entire platform.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and technology-oriented Business Analyst to join our Platform Services team in a pivotal role. You should be excited to roll up your sleeves and get things done!

In this role, you will support the Head of Platform Services in defining and executing a strategy for ECS that aligns with the business vision of an integrated platform across all products and services. Success will require strong collaboration across the enterprise and with our clients to deliver the next generation of products that drive efficiency and elevate client experience.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist in aligning modernization efforts with enterprise architecture, shared capabilities, and data strategy across Clearing & Settlement systems
  • Help define and maintain a unified product vision across legacy and modern platforms to ensure consistency in client experience and operational efficiency
  • Participate in rationalizing user interfaces and reporting tools across ECS to streamline client interactions and internal workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business requirements into actionable Jira stories with clear acceptance criteria
  • Maintain Jira boards to reflect accurate status, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) items, and milestones, ensuring compliance with Enterprise Jira Standards
  • Support the rollout of new client-facing tools and APIs, including improvements to authentication, onboarding, and observability
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on modernization priorities and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with client operations and onboarding teams to ensure readiness for platform changes and migrations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not essential
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Talents Needed for Success:
  • Working knowledge of user, and machine to machine interfaces. Experience with IBM MQ, SFTP, KAFKA. UI's
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture: Familiarity with how systems integrate across platforms and how data flows through them (knowledge of clearing and settlement processes is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and desire to execute on solutions.
  • Business analysis capabilities: Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
  • Proficiency with Jira and Confluence: Skilled in backlog management, story grooming, and Agile reporting using Jira; comfortable documenting workflows and requirements in Confluence.
  • Experience with APIs and client-facing tools: Ability to support the rollout and enhancement of APIs, onboarding flows, and observability tools.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
