The impact you will have in this role:

The Enterprise Business Operations group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency. The Enterprise Business Operations Analyst will be provided with a comprehensive learning track designed to develop technical knowledge in a variety of functional areas within operations.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop core leadership competencies
  • Assist in day-to-day processing activities
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, special projects, etc.
  • Provide verbal and written evidence of technical knowledge
  • Manage relationships with multiple levels of management within Enterprise Business Operations
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills
  • Displays a curiosity to learn and grow

Selection and Program Timeline: (timing may vary)

  • August – October 2025: Applications open
  • October – December 2025: Interview and Selection process
  • January – July 2026: Early engagement and onboarding process
  • July 2026: Start of program

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than June 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
  • Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
  • Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Must demonstrate superior analytical skills
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of risks and controls
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry; seeks to understand and improve their knowledge of coverage areas
  • Strong commitment to teamwork by demonstrating a willingness to assist peers and supervisors.
  • Collaborates well within and across teams and communicates openly with team members and others.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations. About the Team

Enterprise Services comprises of multiple business platforms including Client Services, Global Business Operations, Business Architecture, Data Strategy and Analytics, and Digital Services, which report into the Chief of Enterprise Services.

These grouped platforms enable the business to optimize delivery for clients, generate efficiencies and resilience, and enable consistency in the business digitization strategy, processes and end-to-end best practices.
