The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Total Rewards team, the Senior Analyst will support the design, delivery, and evaluation of the organization’s compensation and benefits programs with a focus on data integrity, analysis, and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our total rewards strategy remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an analytical and resourceful professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, demonstrates strong initiative, and delivers high-quality insights that inform decision-making.

Your Primary Responsibilities:


• Collect, analyze, and interpret benefits utilization data to assess plan performance, cost trends, and employee engagement.
• Support the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process, including data preparation, testing, and employee communications.
• Create or enhance Power BI dashboards that monitor benefits trends, participation rates, and utilization insights.
• Review vendor reports to ensure accuracy of enrollment, eligibility, and invoice reconciliation.
• Assist with the implementation of new benefit offerings/systems and recommend process improvements to enhance employee experience.
• Provide compensation support and solutions including comp data analysis, job evaluation, and market data etc.
• Partners closely with other compensation team members to support yearend process including market data, salary review, incentive payout, employee communications, payroll and other related yearend activities.
• Assist with testing, validation, and rollout of compensation-related system updates within HRIS platforms
• Serves as central point of coordination for Total Rewards wide initiatives, projects and responsibilities, such as vendor management process and global benefits calendar and events.
• Participates in development and delivery of Total Rewards communications.
• Supports on-going audits for internal compliance, enterprise governance, ensuring adherence to local and federal statutes and laws.
• Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately as needed.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for HRIS updates related to compensation and benefits. Document testing feedback, identify system or process issues, and partner with HRIS and vendors to implement fixes.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support audits, leadership presentations, and annual planning cycles.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reporting and improve data accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive experience in compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Experience in the financial services industry or another data-driven, regulated industry preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)

Talents Needed for Success:
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data modeling).
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and visualization of HR or financial data.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into clear insights.
• Self-starter with strong initiative, accountability, and follow-through.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects.
• Collaborative and professional approach, able to build strong relationships across HR and business teams.
