The Global Operations, Client Services & Administration group delivers world-class safety and soundness for the global financial services industry. The team provides DTCC’s portfolio of core securities and superior transaction processing and client services support in an environment that minimizes risk and cost while maximizing efficiency.

The impact you will have in this role:

As a member of the Wealth and Investment Solutions organization, the Associate Director, Product Owner – Data Strategy & Execution will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven innovation and AI enablement. This role focuses on inventorying and prioritizing data use cases, enabling foundational capabilities, and driving execution across all Wealth businesses and the broader DTCC enterprise. You will partner with Product Management, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans that enhance client value, operational efficiency, and innovation.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Data Strategy Execution: Translate Wealth and Investment Solutions data strategy into actionable delivery plans, focusing on building scalable data platforms and AI-driven solutions
  • Use Case Inventory & Prioritization: Maintain, refine, and prioritize a backlog of data and AI use cases, prioritizing based on business impact and feasibility while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • AI Enablement: Partner with Technology and Data Office to integrate machine learning, generative AI, and predictive analytics into Wealth products and processes
  • Platform Ownership: Drive adoption and optimization of data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, SQL) and evaluate emerging technologies for advanced analytics
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Architecture, and Compliance to deliver secure, compliant, and innovative solutions that deliver value
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess AI tools and frameworks for applicability to Wealth use cases, balancing innovation with risk and regulatory requirements
  • Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead sprint planning and agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery of data and AI capabilities across the squad
  • Performance Monitoring: Track platform usage, model performance, and data quality metrics to inform continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategy, product development, or data-driven roles within financial services or a related field
  • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake), and SQL
  • Familiarity with generative AI platforms and their application in financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
