The Impact you will have in this role:

As the Product Business Analyst within the Master & Reference Product Team, you will collaborate closely with the Client Master Product Manager to deliver on strategic product roadmap objectives and ensure successful execution of team deliverables.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Client Master Product Director to ensure activities align with strategic roadmap deliverables
  • Assess current Client Master product integrations and define modernized, future-state business processes
  • Refine and document the scope of project deliverables to ensure clarity and alignment with business objectives
  • Capture detailed business and functional requirements with clear traceability to project objectives
  • Map current and future-state workflows to illustrate process improvements and integration points
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of operational procedure changes to support adoption, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Ensure all documentation is version-controlled and accessible for stakeholders across Product, Operations, and Technology teams
  • Engage cross-functional stakeholders to gather business needs and validate data dependencies
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities
  • Present requirements and updates during sprint reviews and product demos, highlighting business value and modernization goals
  • Incorporate stakeholder feedback into iterative refinements for continuous improvement
  • Translate complex requirements into clear, testable Jira stories with acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize stories based on business impact and roadmap timelines
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements and technical deliverables
  • Conduct review sessions with functional and technical SMEs and groom stories for Agile development cycles
  • Work closely with Application Development (AD) teams to refine requirements and ensure stories meet the definition of done
  • Facilitate agreement on delivery priorities between Business and Technology stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

  • Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Ability to provide business-engineering, problem solving, analytical, and architectural services to translate business requirements into enterprise solutions
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of financial services; experience with Client Reference Data, Client Onboarding is highly preferred
  • Agile & Tools Proficiency: Data analysis, SQL, Data modeling and database knowledge. Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with basic knowledge of Jira for story creation and tracking. Ability to write and execute SQL queries for data validation and analysis. Familiarly with salesforce and Appian tools is a plus
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts clearly to stakeholders
  • Project Management & Relationship Building: Project management experience is a plus, with proven ability to collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams
