The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The team delivers high-quality information through activities that include development of essential, building infrastructure capabilities to meet client needs and implementing data standards and governance.

- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Monitor application health and respond to incidents within SLA.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Support deployments and patching in collaboration with development teams.
- Validate system readiness post-deployment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base.
- Proactively monitor alerts and troubleshoot failures.
- Coordinate with appropriate resources and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Participate in disaster recovery and weekend checkout activities.
- Ability and willingness to work in a 24/7 support shift model.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong background in application support and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk and NIA dashboards.
- Solid knowledge of Unix/Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with Appian, BluePrism, CRS, and familiarity with AI models.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident/change management.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting (PowerShell/Python), and log analysis.
- Willingness to learn new applications and provide support.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
