The impact you will have in this role:
The IAM Access Intelligence Associate will be responsible for working with the IAM Access Intelligence Team on the user access and role-based access control functions of the Identity/Access Management department.
This individual will be a key contributor to the team and the service delivery of the IAM Access Governance, Role Methodology and Definition Support, and Process Workflow and Report Definition services provided by the IAM Access Intelligence Team. An ideal candidate must possess a balance of analytical problem-solving ability, working knowledge of artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and technical acumen.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
Under the direction of the IAM Access Intelligence Team Lead, the IAM Access Intelligence Associate will:
- Lead IAM projects with guidance from the IAM Access Intelligence Team Lead.
- Assist in managing the team tasked with providing the services described above within IAM Projects
- Assist in defining the IAM Projects requirements for Process, Workflow and Report Definitions.
- Assist in development of documentation, subject training, and other knowledge material on Entitlement Management processes.
- Provide inputs to evaluate existing processes, tools, and services and suggest new ones that most effectively reduce risk, enhance operational effectiveness, and improve the end user experience.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at varying organizational levels
- Interacts with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
- Assist IAM in the creation of Resource Access Profiles, standardized Entitlement Definitions, and other governance requirements as they come up.
Support DTCC’s risk management priorities:
- Take ownership for identifying and mitigating risk within assigned areas of responsibility and for supporting risk mitigation across DTCC.
- Assess existing processes and suggest new ones that most effectively anticipate, manage and reduce risk to DTCC and its participants.
- Maintain regulatory awareness and compliance and ensure adherence to risk-related policies and best practices.
- Demonstrate and embed the behaviors and competencies that create a risk management mindset in the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ Degree and/or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Experience in: Security & Risk/Identity, Access Management and Technology Security Controls.
- Minimum 5+ years experience with IAM technology, role methodologies, and business processes.
- Experience of Identity Governance & Administration.
- Experience leading business requirements gathering and translating those into system requirements.
- Role Oriented Access Management and Definition.
- Clear understanding of Audit & Risk Controls for technology systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience with IAM tools – such as SailPoint, RSA IGL, PAM or similar tools.
