We are seeking a Lead Governance & Process Improvement Specialist to focus on execution, optimization and sustainability of the Stakeholder Engagement and Production Readiness functions of DTCC’s System Delivery Process (SDP).
In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining, automating, and maintaining the stakeholder engagement and production readiness components of SDP, including quarterly stakeholder recertifications and ongoing improvements to the production readiness dashboard. SDP is a highly regulated, enterprise‑wide process that applies to all application development projects at DTCC, making this role essential to ensuring consistent compliance, transparency, and delivery readiness across technology.
You will act as a key execution partner within SDP, working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Risk, PPM, Change Management, and tooling teams to ensure stakeholder engagement and production readiness processes are efficient, well‑governed, and continuously improving.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Own and facilitate quarterly stakeholder recertification processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, audit readiness, and clear stakeholder accountability
- Manage and enhance the stakeholder notification request process, driving clarity, standardization, and automation where possible
- Drive stakeholder changes in partnership with PPM and JIRA teams, ensuring alignment between governance requirements and delivery tooling
- Own the stakeholder change request process in JIRA, including intake, triage, coordination, and status transparency
- Act as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) for the production readiness dashboard, translating governance and stakeholder requirements into clear functional needs
- Drive enhancements to production readiness dashboards, including data quality, usability, reporting, and automation
- Collaborate closely with dashboard development and reporting teams to prioritize enhancements and ensure ongoing operational support
- Ensure stakeholder engagement and production readiness processes are well‑documented, repeatable, and consistently applied across SDP
- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks within stakeholder engagement and production readiness workflows and recommend pragmatic improvements
- Support audit and regulatory requests related to stakeholder engagement and production readiness by preparing evidence and participating in walkthroughs
- Partner with SDP leadership to support continuous improvement initiatives and enterprise adoption of enhanced processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Strong experience in project management and relationship management across diverse technology and business teams
- Working knowledge of production readiness, release governance, or system delivery controls within a regulated environment
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, PPM, or similar delivery and workflow management tools
- Demonstrated ability to act as a Business Systems Analyst, translating business and governance needs into actionable system requirements
- Proven ability to drive process improvement and automation while maintaining strong control discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and influence without authority
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data quality, dashboards, and operational transparency
- Proactive, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in a complex, fast‑paced, enterprise environment
