- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation of functional specifications by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams
- IAM Automation Use Case Discovery - Partner with IAM application teams to understand current-state manual processes, pain points, and control gaps
- Work with security and platform teams to identify PQC CBOM data sources (PKI systems, vulnerability tools, network scans, cloud security platforms).
- Identify and document automation use cases focused on Operational efficiency and Risk reduction
- Facilitate requirement‑gathering workshops, walkthroughs, and deep‑dive discussions with IAM SMEs and Technology Operation teams
- Convert automation use cases into Business & Functional Requirements
- Clearly define Scope and out‑of‑scope, Inputs / outputs, Data sources, Business rules, and Exception handling scenarios
- Produce high‑quality artifacts such as BRDs / FRDs, User stories, Acceptance criteria, and Process flows (as‑is / to‑be)
- Ensure requirements are implementation‑ready and align with existing IAM architecture and standards
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarifications during development
- Stakeholder & Delivery Support Act as a single point of contact for requirements between IAM stakeholders and delivery teams
- Support UAT planning and execution by validating that delivered automation meets defined acceptance criteria
- Assist with documentation required for audits, controls, and operational handover
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of business analysis practices (requirements elicitation, user stories, acceptance criteria and and Functional specifications).
- Experience working in Agile delivery models
- Awareness of Identity and Access Management concepts will be an advantage which includes Privileged Access Management (PAM), Service accounts, Certificates / PKI, Authentication & authorization flows, Post Quantum Cryptography
- Exposure to automation‑driven solutions (scripts, workflows, APIs, scheduled jobs)
- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar intake / workflow platforms
- Ability to understand technical designs at a conceptual level
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business language
- Confident engaging with senior IAM engineers, leads, SMEs, and security stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
