Are you ready to make an impact at DTCC?
Do you want to help modernize the critical infrastructure that underpins the global financial markets? At DTCC, we operate systemically important platforms while fostering an inclusive, collaborative workplace that reflects the global community we serve.
Within DTCC’s Enterprise Digital Solutions (EDS) organization, we build and operate enterprise‑scale digital platforms that enable secure, resilient, and scalable interaction between DTCC clients, applications, and services. Our teams partner across product, technology, operations, and client services to deliver shared capabilities that support DTCC’s businesses as they modernize and grow.
Client Data Transformation Services (CDTS) is a core enterprise platform that supports the ingestion, transformation, validation, and distribution of client data across DTCC. As DTCC advances toward a modernized CDTS 2.0 architecture, the platform plays a critical role in enabling cloud migration, standardization, resiliency, and improved client experience across consuming applications.
We are seeking a technology‑minded Senior Product Manager to own and evolve the CDTS platform, with a primary focus on the delivery and adoption of the modernized CDTS 2.0 solution. This role sits within Enterprise Digital Solutions and is responsible for driving the CDTS product roadmap, prioritizing delivery, and ensuring that modernization outcomes are grounded in business value, client impact, and operational readiness.
In this role, you will represent enterprise business and client interests within platform delivery, ensuring that priorities, backlog decisions, and trade‑offs support DTCC’s modernization objectives while preserving resiliency, stability, and continuity in a mission‑critical environment. You will work closely with engineering, architecture, operations, and application product teams to deliver shared capabilities that enable scalable modernization across DTCC.
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive
- Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location
- Pension / Retirement benefits
- Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being
- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee)
The Impact you will have in this role:
As the Product Manager for CDTS, you will translate enterprise modernization objectives into a clear product strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog that support DTCC business outcomes and client needs. You will own scope and priority decisions for the platform and play a central role in enabling application teams to adopt CDTS 2.0 as they modernize to the cloud.
You will ensure that CDTS capabilities are designed and delivered with clear awareness of downstream impacts, operational dependencies, and client experience. The role is critical to balancing modernization velocity with the resiliency, data integrity, and reliability required of DTCC’s systemically important infrastructure.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and value delivery for CDTS, with a focus on the modernized CDTS 2.0 platform.
- Lead a dedicated cross‑functional delivery squad, providing direction and prioritization through a Product Owner who manages day‑to‑day backlog execution.
- Set clear outcomes, priorities, and guardrails for the squad, ensuring delivery decisions align with enterprise modernization objectives, client impact, and operational realities.
- Partner closely with engineering and architecture leadership to shape solution direction, sequencing, and trade‑offs across CDTS capabilities.
- Work through the Product Owner to ensure epics, features, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and aligned to product strategy and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with application product teams, operations, and client‑facing groups to understand adoption needs, downstream impacts, and readiness requirements.
- Plan and manage business, operational, and client impact, including dependencies, sequencing, and cutover considerations for platform changes.
- Balance modernization velocity with resiliency, stability, data integrity, and business continuity in a mission‑critical environment.
- Identify and actively manage cross‑platform and cross‑application dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs, providing clear recommendations and escalation paths to leadership.
- Provide concise, outcome‑focused updates to governance and stakeholder forums on product strategy, delivery progress, risks, and impacts.
- Continuously evolve CDTS product and delivery practices to ensure measurable value for enterprise platforms and consuming clients.
