- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Template Development: Design, customize, and maintain pixel-perfect, customer-facing, and statutory documents using BI Publisher's RTF (Rich Text Format)
- Data Modeling: Create advanced Data Models in BI Publisher utilizing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL, XML, and XSLT to extract and structure data from Oracle Fusion and OAC
- Interactive Analytics: Build and maintain interactive dashboards, analysis, and OAC data visualizations to support executive decision-making
- Report Delivery & Bursting: Configure report bursting (splitting/delivering report data to multiple destinations) and implement automated scheduling, printing, and emailing
- Develop applications in compliance with functional and non-functional requirements
- Construct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements
- Follow design and code standards, contributing to continuous improvement discussions
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
- Contribute to the design of components or individual programs
- Provide production support for applications as needed
- Work with subject matter experts reviewing technical designs and specifications
- Apply different software development methodologies dependent on project needs
- Work with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Performance Tuning: Optimize SQL queries, data models, and report rendering times to handle large-volume datasets efficiently.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts and functional leads to translate business requirements into technical design specifications.
- System Maintenance: Troubleshoot report generation issues, validate data accuracy, and maintain system documentation for audit and compliance purposes. Required Technical Skills
- BI Publisher: Advanced proficiency in creating RTF templates using Microsoft Word and BI Publisher Desktop plugins.
- Database & SQL: Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL and PL/SQL for structured data modeling.
- Oracle Tools: Solid experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle PL/SQL. .
