The Enterprise Transformation Team is a central and independent group within the DTCC CFO Organization that provides oversight and governance for Enterprise Programs and Initiatives. Our vision is to enable a lean, practical approach to program and initiative management, allowing our talent to focus on optimizing execution through high-value, high-impact activities. DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the planning, execution, and tracking of small to medium initiatives or defined workstreams within larger programs.
- Maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and action registers, ensuring information is accurate, current, and actionable.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, timelines, and interdependencies.
- Actively monitor risks and issues, escalating concerns early with supporting analysis and recommended actions.
- Prepare project materials including status updates, working level presentations, and operational documentation.
- Support change adoption activities by assisting with communications, readiness tracking, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Apply standard project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) with increasing independence.
- Rapidly ramp up on new initiatives, synthesizing information into clear execution artifacts.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, including slide design, data visualization, and storytelling
- Strong Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis
- Familiarity with project and work management tools (e.g., Jira, Planview, or similar)
