Digital Workplace Services (DWS) is a globally diverse and distributed team. The DWS portfolio includes, but is not limited to Support, Virtual and Physical Computing, and Unified Communications, and End User Support.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Architect, engineer, deploy, and support modern management platforms focused on Microsoft Intune.
- Collaborate with a global team of enterprise endpoint, VDI, and cloud architects and engineers to deliver strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and support enterprise technology roadmaps.
- Lead the design, engineering, and adoption of cloud-native solutions that align with business objectives, support current and future infrastructure requirements, and accelerate cloud service delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders across infrastructure, identity, networking, security, and business teams to develop secure remote management solutions, advance Zero Trust initiatives, and ensure comprehensive architectural alignment.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to evaluate emerging technologies, drive continuous improvement, support platform and product roadmaps, and deliver reliable, scalable services.
- Develop and maintain architecture documentation, operational methodologies, standards, policies, procedures, and governance artifacts while ensuring alignment with risk management and control frameworks.
- Drive further cloud adoption through research and evaluation of cutting edge and well-established technologies.
- Provide 3rd level escalation support and liaison with 3rd party vendors to assist with issues and outages.
- Mentor, coach, and share knowledge with peer architects and engineers in addition to support team members.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Significant experience with Microsoft Intune Windows mobile device management including Windows Autopilot and Autopatch, with hybrid and cloud-native device identities
- Experience with endpoint security components including Windows Hello for Business, LAPS, BitLocker, and Microsoft Entra Conditional Access policy
- Experience in Microsoft PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
- Experience with of macOS engineering/support, FileVault, Platform SSO, and Bash scripting
- Experience working in medium and large-size enterprises
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to convey technical details and concepts effectively and concisely across multiple organizational levels
- Demonstrate core values including a growth mindset, teachability, initiative, accountability, and personal responsibility
- Ability and desire to both lead initiatives to drive their success and work collaboratively within a team of senior engineers
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities
- Experience designing, implementing, and supporting on-premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure solutions
- Ability to visualize complex concepts, define project objectives, and develop integrated technical, administrative, and business process solutions.
Additional Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM) operations including Cloud Management Gateway, Co-management, and Connected Cache
- Experience with Patch My PC, Recast Software patching, Robopack, or other third-party software patching solutions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune mobile device management (MDM) for macOS, and mobile application management (MAM).
- Working knowledge of Defender for Endpoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and Microsoft Intune Suite components.
- Working knowledge of git, Bitbucket, Jira, Service Now, Zscaler, SysTrack, Citrix, iGel, Ivanti
- Working knowledge Microsoft Power Platform, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, Power BI, Copilot Studio
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals including firewalls, proxies
- Working knowledge of project management practices including waterfall and agile methodologies
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- ITIL foundations focused on Service Management Framework
