The Technical Director will report to the Senior Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead technical direction and development processes for mobile game projects and services
- Manage a team of engineers, promoting continuous improvement and collaboration across disciplines and locations
- Guide teams to align and accomplish development goals
- Align with leaders and peers across locations on technical priorities
Qualifications

- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Experienced with mobile game development, web development, and performance optimization
- Programming skills and expertise in software design, algorithms, and data structures
- Experienced in Agile methodologies, continuous integration, road mapping, and prioritisation
Bonus
- 3+ years of experience developing mobile software or web services
- Background using metrics and analytics to determine the quality or priority
- Comfortable working across client and server codebases
- Passion for making and playing games
