You'll integrate Generative AI to redefine match dynamics, player behaviors, and fan experiences in mobile football.

You'll report to the Technical Director, collaborate on features, maintain AI systems, and promote AI literacy studio-wide.

You will have a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Prototype AI-driven gameplay and tool solutions to refine development workflows

  • Integrate AI-driven features into game engines by plugins and scripts.

  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and technical directors to refine and adopt AI tools

  • Evaluate third-party LLM services and AI APIs for feasibility, performance, cost, and security.

  • Document AI tools and conduct training to promote AI literacy across the studio.

  • Monitor AI trends and apply new capabilities to improve gameplay features and development workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field.

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience, in game development or interactive media.

  • Proficiency in C++, C#, or Python.

  • Experience integrating LLMs into production.

  • Familiarity with prompt engineering methodologies

  • Good cross-team collaboration and communication.

  • Plus: Demonstrated passion for game development.

  • Plus: Fluent Mandarin speaker.
