About Our Design Home Product Team: At EA, our Design Home Product Team is dedicated to developing a mobile game that empowers players to showcase their interior design skills. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared passion for delivering exceptional entertainment to our users.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with a large team of producers, product managers, interior designers, and artists to ensure content is visually appealing and aligns with the game's aesthetic.
Stay updated with interior design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to infuse innovation into the game's design.
Assisting in sourcing decor and rooms that match the esthetic of the game
Helping choose furniture and decor prizes for upcoming features
Daily tasks include QA’ing furniture assets in order to prevent in game bugs
Creating in game furniture sets while creating tickets and artist notes for any in game errors
Helping QA brand approvals on a weekly basis using a software system
Helping create brand decks for launches on a monthly basis
Work well autonomously while being detail oriented and efficiently finishing tasks
Help with ongoing features by choosing cohesive furniture and decor
Effectively use our internal tools and autonomously execute on tasks
Qualifications
A passion for interior design, aesthetics, and an eye for detail
Works well autonomously with a strong detail oriented work ethic
Positive attitude and easy to collaborate with
Bachelor's degree
Proven experience in game design, preferably in a mobile or free-to-play gaming environment is a bonus
Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar software for creating visual design assets is a bonus
Working understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and the free-to-play gaming market.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Us Compensation And Benefits
The hourly pay ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the hourly pay range for your specific location.
EA has listed the hourly pay ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
The hourly rate is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES
In British Columbia, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
