Introduction to the team

Multi-Channel Shopping (MSC) Delivery Excellence is responsible for providing expert technical program management leadership and quality control to ensure the successful delivery of Retail Tech initiatives - defect free. We are experts in removing friction, adapting to change, identifying potential issues and ensuring effective decision making. We are obsessed with delivering high-quality, reliable and user-friendly web and native applications powering our traveler experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive end to end delivery of cross functional, multi-team Expedia Group strategic projects that enhance and create new features across web and native devices for retail technology shopping

  • Define program roadmaps and sequencing of program activities and technical work to align with Expedia Group strategy and product priorities

  • Deep dive into programs managing risks and dependencies with proactive identification, risk mitigation and forward planning

  • Proactively identify quality issues at the earliest opportunity in SLDC, working with product, design, engineering and the quality teams to ensure quality is baked into everything we deliver

Experience and qualifications:

  • You have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Computing, Computing, Engineering or related; or equivalent related professional experience

  • Experience of Agile

  • Past experience in program management, technical program management; or experience of program management techniques in an education setting

  • Preferred: Experience and knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
