Senior Manager, Product Management

Expedia Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead a team of product managers responsible for optimizing the Agent Tool Experience used by Expedia and Vrbo Sales and Support teams. As part of the Traveler & Partner Service Platform (TPSP) product team, this leader will be an expert in internal user experience and has a vision for how to innovate and build sales workflows that reduce user effort, build partner loyalty, and facilitate revenue gains for Expedia Group.

In this role you will:

  • Develop product plans: Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders to define and continuously refine the long-term product vision. Create business cases and product strategy artifacts for top Sales and Support user needs.
  • Drive customer-centricity: Represent the voice of our Sales and Support users and champion to additional internal Product & Tech teams. Identify organizational, technical, product, design, and data gaps to unlock step change-improvements.
  • Conduct product delivery: Tackle broad internal user needs and themes that cut across multiple business groups, with an emphasis on end-to-end experiences and outcomes. Establish a data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing opportunities, partner with Business Enablement teams to develop compelling experiences, and deliver across all required teams and dependencies.
  • Optimize Performance: Define success metrics for the Sales CRM Experience. Partner with business and analytics teams on frameworks for measuring performance. Continuously improve outcomes for internal users.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in a product role scaling internal user efficiency. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You have experience leading a product management team with responsibility for a broad product portfolio where you prioritize scope, allocate resources and organize teams for coordinated delivery.
  • An effective communicator, you simplify complex situations allowing individuals at all levels to rally behind you.
  • You are a driving force in integrating AI/ML and personalized experiences for internal users
  • You maintain high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishments, pursuing daring goals and deriving satisfaction from continuous improvement.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
