Job Description
About The Role:
- You will manage Market Core FP&A processes such as contract review, contract management, month-end-close, forecasting, project management, balance sheet analysis, annual budget activities, annual audit and risk matrix review.
- Perform periodic reporting and forecasting analysis to identify important financial drivers, provide insightful commentary supporting ongoing our decisions.
- You will be the Subject Matter Expert in performing FP&A activities in Revenue Decision Engine (RDE).
- Collaborate with Group Revenue Recognition (GRR) team and Regional Financial Controllers to ensure contract review and revenue recognition processes are following Experian Accounting Policy with evidence of revenue support.
- You will Collaborate with Finance Director, Financial Business Partner and Financial Controllers to understand our performance, current issues and trends covering P&L, balance sheet and monitoring key KPI's to ensure reporting, budgeting and forecasting requirements are met.
- Promote best practice by participate in projects to guide business process improvements, improve efficiency and contribute to the business
- Ensure Experian finance system capabilities are being used to improve reporting efficiency.
- You will lead the acquisition integration activities including financial integration process for newly acquired entities, ensuring a smooth transition into the Experian's financial systems and reporting processes.
- You will be the primary finance liaison between Finance Integration Project Lead, internal finance teams, and other important partners to facilitate communication and issue resolution. Work with teams, including RDE team, GRR team, R2R team, O2C team, many more to ensure cohesive integration efforts and address any integration-related challenges.

Qualifications
More About You:
- Experience working in a Financial Accounting or FP&A function (5+ years), including dealing with partners in different global locations
- Qualified Accountant with university degree qualification. A member of internationally recognized accountancy qualification, i.e. CPA, ACA, CGMA (CIMA) or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – with an ability to build complex financial models and graphs Knowledge of and experience using financial reporting systems (such as Hyperion Smartview, Tableau, GenAI)
- Experience distilling financial analyses for leadership teams and presentation of propositions and solutions. Deliver and pitch ideas to a wide audience at different levels
