Job Description
As a Senior Analyst for Experian's North America Corporate Development team, you will help support Experian's inorganic growth opportunities. You will conduct research, provide analysis for market opportunities, assist with due diligence, and engage with the Corporate Development and Strategy teams, as well as Executives.
You will report to the Head of M&A for Experian North America.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Conduct detailed financial and valuation analysis of market opportunities and potential acquisition targets.
- Play an active role in all phases of transaction execution, including due diligence and internal investment documentation.
- Prepare internal investment papers and support decision-making processes for M&A activities.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on M&A activity within Experian's markets to inform strategic planning.
- Maintain and update databases of trading comparables and relevant transaction benchmarks.
- Manage the Americas M&A pipeline and reporting to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
- Perform industry and company research, developing target profiles and industry landscape overviews.
Qualifications
Your background:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Corporate Development.
- 2+ years of experience in investment banking, or similar amount of transaction services experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or other relevant degree.
- Experience in finance, accounting, and financial modeling.
- Experience communicating complex transaction information to stakeholders and partners.
- Experience working with senior executives.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
