Your Key Responsibilities

As markets rapidly change and develop, finance functions must demonstrate real added value to their business. As a PEGA developer, you’ll use your experience and knowledge to help deliver greater insight – delivering functional efficiencies as well as transforming the role of finance in our clients’ businesses. You’ll be developing innovative, sustainable ways to improve the management of people, processes and systems, working alongside other finance professionals in high-performing teams.

• Good understanding of economic or market issues and the ability to interpret their impact on client
• PEGA functional experts with a focus on case management, customer onboarding and customer decisioning hub
• Lead the Project Team in understanding client requirements and how they translate in application features
• Collaborate with the Team to set specifications for new applications.
• Perform troubleshooting and debugging of applications when required
• Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update and add new features.
• Work with business process owners/SMEs to assess capabilities and identify high-level user requirements
• Work with project managers, architects and SMEs to define metrics and performance goals for the process
• Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Leverage technology to continually learn, improve service delivery and maintain our leading edge best practices
• Strong presentation skills and proficiency in the use of PowerPoint, Word and Excel

To Qualify for the Role, you must have

• Good understanding of economic or market issues and the ability to interpret their impact on clients
• Min. 3 years’ experience in System Integrator (SI) environment in financial services (must be in PEGA implementation / development / delivery capacity)
• Has hands on experience in development and/or architecture
• Experience in PEGA Rule Process Commander (PRPC) and/or Care Management Framework (PEGA)
• Experience in PEGA technical and architecture with broad industry and functional knowledge
• 7.n PEGA Certification is preferred (PEGA Certified SA/SSA)

• Experience and competency with Pega CDH (Customer Decisioning Hub) / Can be a Decisioning architect

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Strong people management skills and able to work/ manage multiple client engagements
• Track record dealing with senior stakeholders and adapting to demanding environments
