Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Java applications with BDD frameworks (Cucumber).
- Write and execute BDD test scenarios aligned with business requirements.
- Create and manage Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation and deployment tasks.
- Integrate and manage messaging systems like IBM MQ and Apache Kafka.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Collaborate with business analysts and QA teams in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning).
- Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with Capital Markets standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java and Cucumber (BDD).
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux scripting.
- Knowledge of IBM MQ and Apache Kafka for messaging.
- Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of Capital Markets domain (trading, settlements, risk management).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Java development.
- Experience in BDD frameworks and test automation.
- Exposure to financial services or Capital Markets domain.
