The Opportunity
As a SC/Assistant Manager specializing in IT Audit, IT Governance Management, or IT Regulatory Compliance, you will be part of a larger engagement team serving one client at a time. You will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing governance frameworks, and conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of IT controls.
Role 1: IT Audit
Key Skills:
- For a candidate with experience in IT and security audits, particularly with knowledge of DGA (Digital Governance Act) and SDAIA (Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority).
- Plan and oversee IT and security control audits aligned with regulatory and internal frameworks.
- Coordinate evidence collection, control testing, and remediation tracking.
- Work with risk and compliance functions to ensure readiness and accurate reporting.
Role 2: IT Regulatory Compliance (GRC)
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in IT regulatory compliance and GRC frameworks, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Govern regulatory and policy compliance across IT domains, mapping obligations to internal controls.
- Maintain risk registers, testing plans, and reporting cadence.
- Oversee evidence lifecycle, audit readiness, and third-party compliance assurance.
Role 3: IT Governance Management
Key Skills:
- Candidate with a strong understanding of governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, along with knowledge of Saudi regulations (less audit focus).
- Design and manage governance frameworks, decision rights, and committee operations.
- Define standards, KPIs, and control mechanisms supporting performance oversight.
- Coordinate portfolio and service catalog governance across functions.
- Lead review cycles and drive continuous alignment to business outcomes.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Approximately 5+ years of related work experience in IT audit, governance, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess compliance and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to learn new technologies and methodologies.
