The opportunity:

Python Full Satck Developer
Our FSRM team is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. It offers variety, challenge, responsibility and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential.Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.
Required Skills:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
• Build modern, responsive, and reusable front-end components using ReactJS
• Implement and maintain UI standards and design systems using MUI and Storybook
• Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and data models using ORM frameworks
• Lead end-to-end feature development from requirement analysis through development, testing, and deployment
• Ensure high code quality through best practices, peer reviews, and unit/integration testing
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using GitHub
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and scalability
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when required
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

• At least 6+ years of overall experience in full stack development
• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in FastAPI
• Solid experience in ReactJS with modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with MUI and Storybook for UI component development
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and backend architecture
• Experience with PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks such as SQLAlchemy
• Good knowledge of Docker and containerized applications
• Experience using GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and application security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills with strong collaboration abilities
