Position: PMO Analyst – Business Management (Manager)
Experience: 2–3 years
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical PMO Analyst to join our Business Management team at EY. This role is critical in supporting strategic initiatives across Wealth and Asset Management (WAM), Business Consulting Management (BCM), and Insurance (INS) service lines. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions and pivot tables), and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Governance & Reporting:
- Support PMO activities by maintaining project dashboards, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Data Analysis & Insights:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Present findings through clear, concise reports and visualizations.
- Executive Reporting:
- Prepare high-quality management reports, scorecards, and performance metrics for leadership reviews and client-facing presentations.
- Financial & Resource Management:
- Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and utilization across projects. Provide variance analysis and recommendations for optimization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with business leaders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate, timely information.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose enhancements to improve efficiency and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in PMO, business management, or analytics roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts) and ability to create insightful dashboards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial services or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of WAM, BCM, and Insurance domains.
- Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Understanding of EY’s business processes and professional standards.
