Job Description: Data Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer with deep knowledge of Snowflake, DBT, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow. The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting and developing robust data pipelines, implementing efficient data models, and ensuring high-quality data delivery for analytics and reporting platforms. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall experience must 4-7 years.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ELT/ETL data pipelines using Snowflake, DBT, and Airflow.
• Implement, test, and optimize data models and transformations following data warehousing and modeling best practices.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to deliver accurate, high-quality datasets and models.
• Troubleshoot data pipeline issues related to quality, performance, and scalability; perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Contribute to automation, standardization, and performance improvements across data engineering workflows.
• Ensure robust documentation, version control, and operational readiness for data pipelines.
• Support continuous improvement by staying updated with modern data engineering tools, frameworks, and practices.

What we look for

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data loading, querying, performance tuning, and cost optimization.
• Proficiency in DBT for building modular data transformations, modeling, testing, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL processes.
• Practical knowledge of Airflow or similar orchestration tools for scheduling, monitoring, and managing data workflows.
• Experience with Python for scripting, automation, and pipeline integration.
