TC - MENA Technology - AIML Developer – Senior

As part of the TC- MENA Technology team, Senior role create value by helping clients solve complex business problems through differentiated technological solutions. As an AIML developer, we are looking for skilled developers who have experience in designing & developing Machine learning models, collaborate with business stakeholders and identify AI solutions & mentoring juniors in the team .

The opportunity

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized candidate with a passion for innovation and a strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and have a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and train machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques (e.g., neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning).
• Adapt pre-trained Gen AI models / fine-tune Gen AI models to specific tasks or domains, ensuring optimal performance.
• Develop effective prompts and techniques to guide Gen AI models and generate high-quality outputs.
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance, efficiency, and scalability.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and explore new techniques and applications.
• Work closely with other teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers) to integrate AI solutions into existing products or services.
• Uphold ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and addressing bias and fairness in AI applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop AI solutions that deliver tangible value.

To qualify for the role you must have

• B.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS /M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science discipline.
• Minimum 4 – 8 years of experience in IT industry with at least 2+ years of experience in AI.
• Proven track record of working in AI projects from inception to successful deployment.
• Strong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks.
• Exposure / Experience in cloud services like Azure for deploying machine learning models and leveraging cloud-based machine learning services.
• Familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server / My SQL / PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools for containerization and orchestration of machine learning applications.
• Knowledge / Experience in AI frameworks and technologies, such as GANs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Hands-on experience in developing Generative AI solutions using Large Language models preferably Azure OpenAI.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
