UK&I SR Data Office – AIRD Solutions Activation Leader - Role Description (Full Time - 1 FTE, Senior Manager)

Role Purpose

This role interfaces between EY’s Global EY.ai Data Office and the UK & Ireland (UK&I) Chief Technology Office (CTO) to drive adoption and measurable impact of EY’s AI Ready Data Strategy. Growing UK&I TER from AI-ready data-asset based solutions working with the UK&I CTO and UK&I Data Officer to drive business impact across the region. The position focuses on accelerating Return on Investment (ROI) for AI-Ready Data solutions for EY.ai platforms and accelerators, enabling go-to-market (GTM) momentum through EY.ai Client Zero channels. Where necessary this role will include involvement in client engagement delivery alongside relevant UK&I service line/solution delivery teams. Priority focus areas in the first 6 months of delivery will include:

• Support shaping and enabling delivery of flagship AIRD opportunities on agreed priority reference clients to accelerate our GTM initiatives
• Support development of digital twins / synthetic data products for priority sector focused AI GTM blueprints (e.g. Claims.ai, KYC.ai etc).

Reporting line

• UK&I Data Officer: 100% (strategic alignment, GTM approach, accelerators)
• Close interaction expected with EY Global Data Office AIRD Solutions Activation Leader

UK&I SR AIRD Data Office Solutions Functions

The UK&I AIRD Solutions Leader will support in developing AIRD activation strategy and execution across a federated community of AIRD GTM champions across UK&I Services Lines/Sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ROI workstream for AI-ready data asset-based solutions
  • Drive UK&I SR adoption of AI-Ready Data Service propositions with SR DO and SL-SR Managed Service, AI, and CTO leaders (for example roll out of synthetic data capabilities and development of simulation/twins for UK&I sector focused AI GTM blueprints).
  • Integrate with EY Global DO to draw down on learnings/capabilities from AI-Ready Data alliance solutions and assets and cascade leading practice to federated UK&I SR AIRD activations teams.
  • Where required to support UK&I strategic deals across SLs, directly interacting with Global Data Office presales and activation SWAT team to draw down on Global support to accelerate client MVPs to credentialise high potential new solutions.
  • Work with EY Global Data Office to define and implement UK&I specific AI-ready data Asset Based Services ROI frameworks for EY.ai platforms, data-agent managed services, and the Enterprise Data Flywheel
  • Collaborate with SR leadership to co-design the SR GTM franchise model with the Global Data Office
• Activate EY.ai GTM for AI-Ready Data with SR/SL Data Officers
  • Partner with UK&I Data Officer to activate flagship client cases to evidence ROI and adoption leveraging EY Client Zero credentials
  • Pilot the model with a flagship client to enable replication for other super regions
  • Contribute to enablement sessions and the publication of reusable playbooks and collateral.
• Deal Shaping & brand differentiation
  • Codify and share leading practices for AI-ready data; embed them into pursuits and enablement.
  • Elevate UK&I SR best practice for EY.ai Client Zero promotion with internal and external case studies showcasing client impact.
  • Support UK&I SR DO to lead client-facing activities: roadshows, roundtables, and events, leveraging reference client creds, EY’s Client Zero narrative, and solution bundles.
  • Position EY as a trusted advisor in AI & Data for EY.ai Client Zero Sector activation
  • Contribute to thought leadership through POVs, panels, and showcases tied to client impact.
