Staff (Business Analyst)

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Junior Business Analyst who brings a unique blend of business acumen, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills. This role is ideal for someone who is quick, smart, and able to think outside the box. The candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, managing UAT cycles, supporting Request for Proposal (RFP), and delivering impactful presentations. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Working in the Integrated Mobility team at EY offers fantastic opportunities to develop client relationships early on in your career and to be involved in the day-to-day management of relationships and delivery of our services across a broad range of issues above and beyond tax compliance and advisory.

Your key responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end requirement discovery, analysis, and documentation (like Business Requirement
• Document, Functional Design Document, user stories, workflows, wireframes and so on).
• Translate business needs into actionable insights and solution designs.
• Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with internal and client teams.
• Support Quality Assurance (QA) activities, defect triage, release planning, and hypercare.
• Contribute to RFP responses, use-case development, and solution presentations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft compelling proposals and service narratives.
• Prepare high-quality presentations and demos for internal and client stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions and walkthroughs for internal team members.
• Assist in preparing reporting packs in Excel and develop familiarity with Power BI visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
• Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
• Ensure compliance with Quality & Risk Management (QRM) requirements.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT or related)
• 0–3 years of experience in a business analysist role or technology implementation
• Exposure to UAT/QA/release management
• Strong computer skills, including an intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Exposure to tools like Visio, Balsamiq, or Figma.
• Experience in client demos, training, and RFP contributions.
• Professional certifications like CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI or PBA.
• Commercial awareness and ability to maintain client trust and value.
• Ability to communicate with impact and build strong relationships
