Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer / Technical ServiceNow to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions that meet business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate has strong hands‑on development experience, integration expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality ServiceNow implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with ServiceNow deployment, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Deliver end‑to‑end ServiceNow development covering workflows, business rules, scripts, UI actions, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support during UAT, deployment, and post‑go‑live phases.
• Flow designer & workflow

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong english communication skill.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide API, Workflow and catalog development, ServiceNow administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow deployment processes, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Rest/Soap Integration, MID Server, LDAP / SSO Integration.
• Strong technical skill: Java Script, Glide API, Business rules/Client script/UI policies.

Certification if any:

• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
